The moment commits the Peruvians have to make clear decisions, informed and simultaneous action in monitoring and accountability of the proposals and / or promises at election time we are accustomed to aspiring leaders .
believe that the candidate or candidates should be prerequisites for being chosen:
· ethics, ethical career, moral and legal transparency. TECHNICAL
· KNOWLEDGE, knowing the local reality, regional, national and international issues of importance to national development.
· Attitude to serve the nation and not to take advantage of the position to benefit personal, group or social class, and
· Will POLICY, to act in the care and protection of our natural resources and human rights of the population.
Our scope is EDUCATION and CULTURE, which is why we ask you to report and we say they will, setting goals, programs, indicators and timeframes, in the following areas:
1) EDUCATION QUALITY, EQUITY AND CULTURAL, are we the Peruvians 'equal' before the law? Will fulfill the right to education?
2) decentralization of education, "being the school's principal management body achieve institutional autonomy required? Will they still crossing features local, regional and national level?
3) REFORM OF BASIC EDUCATION AND HIGHER, will they be the media or outside the building and achieving the National Development Plan? "Able to articulate as national and international standards?
4) fair budget, would it still illusion 6% of GDP and its correct distribution? Do you punish those who do not comply with Article 83 of the General Law of Education?
5) CULTURE OF ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY, do you support the SINEACE on Accreditation of institutions education for successful management and results? Does it support the SINEACE in Professional Certification of teachers and professors as part of comprehensive development teachers? "Give an account of ordinary citizens to higher authorities?
6) FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION, "will continue to be accomplices or agents of their elimination? "Corruption is the cause of widespread violence and insecurity which we live? Hoping
responses encompass other complementary cultural and educational matters, said goodbye to commit ourselves to be vigilant of their actions and ready to be protagonists in its development or complaint of noncompliance.
