SUBJECT: GREETINGS AND REQUEST.

is pleased to address you as the teacher and future Mayor of the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima MLM to send you our greetings and congratulations and, in turn, express the following:

1) Prioritize the MLM assume functions related to the issue of education and implement some immediate steps and techniques as
- Development of Regional Education Project, from PEI, and local educational projects in conjunction with the National Educational Project.
- Participation of CONEI organized through networks and Copal, led by Metropolitan Lima Copar.
- Assume the management of the Regional Bureau for Education in Metropolitan Lima and call for tender UGELs Directorates according to law.
- Manage the expansion of the Regional Budget for education, giving priority attention to early childhood en educación y salud.
- Iniciar técnicamente la evaluación del proceso de Municipalización de la Educación en los distritos que participan en el plan piloto en ejecución.
- Comprometer la participación de las instituciones educativas con los programas culturales, deportivos y recreativos regionales y municipales que se implementen.
- Promover programas de estímulo, sociales y económicos, para el personal docente y administrativo y, de instituciones educativas que demuestren mejoras en el logro de los aprendizajes y de los índices de promoción anual, según sus PAT y PEI.

2) LIDERAR la difusión e implementación del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación and Certification of Educational Quality SINEACE in coordination with the IPEBA, CONEACES, CONEAU and professional associations of Lima, so that:
- Educational institutions are accredited according to established rules and processes that promote and assure the quality of service education they provide.
- The professional certification process, which involves evaluation of performance, knowledge and product improvement is the axis of teaching practice and even binding the process of joining the magisterial public career that has been implemented.

3) Establish technical bodies on educational matters with the representative organizations Metropolitan Teachers', particularly with the Regional College of Teachers of Lima, being specialized entity.

4) LEAD Social Mobilization to Fight Corruption in Education implemented with professional associations, campaigns and Complaint Offices managing the legal actions.
